Ingredients
- 29 ounce Black Beans
- 3 tablespoon Tahini
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
- 2 each Fresh limes (juice)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup Cotija cheese
Instructions

Rinse black beans with cool water.

In a food processor, add beans, tahini, cumin, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Pulse to mix ingredients.

Drizzle in olive oil.

Garnish with Cotija cheese
