Homemade Kale Chips
Great appetizer recipes are sometimes the life of the party. Try these wonderful Kale Chips for a healthy, yet delicious, alternative from your greasy potato chips. Made with a hint of olive oil and salt, it's natural flavors are all it needs to be delicious.
Notes
Choose one of the following flavors, depending on your liking to add more flavor to your Kale Chips:
1 pinch of black pepper
or
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
or
1 pinch ground cumin
or
½ teaspoon thyme leaves
or
1 pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon vinegar
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Wash and dry the kale. Destalk kale and tear the leaves to large pieces.

Cover it with olive oil and salt it, if you use flavors add one of the flavors now.

Transfer kale to lined up tray with parchment pepper.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the chips started to be brown on the edges and still green in the middle.

Serve as it is or with dip.
