"Spain is known for having some tasty dishes using mushrooms, and these Champiñones a la Jerez are no exception. This delicious tapas dish is basically Marinated Garlic Mushrooms. Loaded with so many flavors, easy to make and you can serve them at room temperature or even cold. To make this dish, I used button mushrooms, just because the work they best with the marinade. However, you can use any type of mushrooms you want.What flavors this dish is the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Sherry Vinegar. These two ingredients are what really make this dish."
