Mini Cued Meatballs
When you want something a little smaller than standard size meatballs without sacrificing flavor, try these excellent mini-cued meatballs. The simplest of easy appetizer recipes, these meatballs are sure to be a hit at your next party.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, soft
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 (8-ounce) bottle mild taco sauce or (12-ounce) jar chili sauce or ketchup
- 1 (8-ounce) jar grape jelly
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon or prepared mustard
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine extra lean ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, milk, garlic and chili powder; mix well and shape into about 45 1-inch balls.
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until oil sizzles, about 1 minute; add meatballs and brown on all sides.
- In small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Add to meatballs and stir gently to coat meatballs.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook covered until meatballs are done through.
- You can put them in a slow cooker and cook on low until ready to serve.
- Makes 11 to 15 servings (3 to 4 meatballs per serving)
