Ingredients
- For the Fritters
- 1 1/2 cup white cabbage, finely chopped or grated
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- For the Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon baby dill, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- For Frying
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Mix well all the fritters ingredients.
- Preheat olive oil to medium high heat in frying pan.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon to form 1 fritter. Fry the fritters for about 2 minutes per side or until they are golden brown.
- Mix all dipping sauce ingredients together and serve with piping hot fritters.
