Red Hot Pepper Garlic Wings
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pound wings
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 to 3 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
serves 2 to 4. Puree basting ingredients in food processor. Coat the wings evenly in the mix. Place wings on a broiler or on a barbecue grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning and basting with the marinade after 10 minutes.
