Shrimp Starter
Ingredients
- 500g cooked shrimps
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 - 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 large gherkins, diced
- 1 Tbs capers, drained and rinsed
- 2 tsp made mustard
- 1 spring onion, diced
- fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Place shrimp in a bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the shrimps, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours for flavours to develop. Serve in cocktail glasses and garnish with fresh chopped herbs.
