Saucy Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound medium shrimp
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki glaze (or soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sliced scallions
  • 3 to 4 drops Tabasco Sauce

Instructions

Peel, devein and butterfly shrimp. Combine the other ingredients, add the shrimp in a bowl and refrigerate at least one hour, stirring occasionally. Remove the shrimp from the marinade, broil 2 to three minutes each side, serve with toothpicks.
