These Spicy Sausage Rolls are delicious bite-sized snacks that are simply bursting with flavor. This is a recipe I really want to try. I love sausage balls, and the puff pasty wrapper just adds a great extra dimension. The dipping sauce sounds quite different and I want to give that a try as well. I prefer the Texas Pete's Sabor hot sauce, so I'd probably use that in the dipping sauce. I think a straightforward tzatziki sauce might work well, too.
