That Shrimp Thing

"No one ever knows what to call this dish, so every time we go someplace people just say..."Bring that shrimp thing". That's where the name came from. We all just love this dish, it's spicy, but not too spicy. Easy to prepare and you don't have to heat up the house with the oven."

Ingredients

  • 24 ounce shrimp cooked, peeled deveined
  • 12 ounce jalapenos/carrots pickled jalapeno w/mixed veggies
  • 3 juice from lemons
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Thaw and remove tails from the shrimp.

  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Let marinate in fridge for 3 hours to overnight. The longer the marinate, the more flavor this will have.
