Drunkards Noodles (thai Veg Again)

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 small red or green chilies
  • 4 ounce Sen Yai noodles (broad flat rice noodles)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 medium tomatoe (diced)
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 6 sweet basil leaves
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 small sweet red or green pepper (diced)

Instructions

Stir fry items in order of list.
