Stir fried Pork, Potatoes, Kimchee, and Kale (butaniku Kimchee)
Ingredients
- 250 grams pork loin, cut into bite size pieces (about 1/2 pound)
- 2 potatoes, skinned, and cut into small cubes (soaked in water)
- 2- 3 cups kale, cut into bite size pieces and parboiled (remove stems)
- 150 grams kimchee (that's about 5/14 oz), cut into bite size pieces
- about 8-12 garlic chives (nira), cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 T sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 T vegetable oil
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add potatoes. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes and remove. In the same pan, add sesame oil and stir fry pork pieces until no longer pink. Add all other ingredients including potatoes and stir fry until done.
