Vegetable Tempura
Ingredients
- 1/2 green pepper (sliced)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups sesame oil
Instructions
Dip vegetables into flour and then into egg wash. Fry one at a time until golden brown and crisp (approximately 3 minutes). Oil temperature must remain constant. Arrange in decorative patterns on plate.
