Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tb catsup
- 2 tb vinegar
- 1 ts lemon juice
- 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tb water
- 2 tb cooking oil
- 3 tb brown sugar
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts dry mustard
- 1 ts chili powder
- 1 ts paprika
- 1/2 ts red pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a quart jar; shake well and refrigerate until ready to use as a basting sauce for barbecue chicken, beef or pork.
