Easy Arkansas Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 qt water
  • 1/2 c black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 qt red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c yellow mustard
  • 1 qt white wine
  • 1 qt catsup
  • 1 1/2 c salt

Instructions

Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in aluminum store in glass. Makes 2 gallons.
