Coconut and Chocolate Chip Slice
Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 2 cups coconut
- 397g can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Cut butter up roughly and place in a food processor with the sugar. Process to combine. Add eggs, flour, cocoa and baking powder. Process to combine all ingredients. On a greased oven tray, press mixture out to a 35 x 30cm rectangle. Mix condensed milk, coconut and chocolate chips together. Spread over base. Bake at 180 C for 34 - 40 minutes. Cut into squares.
