Good for you Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c oleo, melted
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup purchased granola
- 3/4 c whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Yield: 24 Servings. In mixing bowl combine sugar and oleo. Add milk and egg; mix well. Stir together granola, flour, and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture. Spread batter into a greased and lightly floured 9x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake in a 350 F oven for 20-25 minutes or until center is set. Cool in baking pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
