Chili Baked Beans

If you're headed to a picnic or potluck, offer to bring the baked beans and make this quick and easy recipe. This recipe for Chili Baked Beans takes a can of baked beans and turns them into something meaty and delicious. Adding ground beef, chili powder, ketchup, and a few other ingredients puts this baked beans recipe above all the others. After trying these beans, you'll never go back to the plain kind again.

Ingredients
- 2 large cans Bush's Homestyle Baked Beans
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
Instructions

In skillet, brown hamburger until no longer pink. Drain.

Add hamburger back to skillet, add spices and ketchup. Cook on medium for just a minute to give spices time to cooked a little.

Add water and bring to a boil. Cook on medium until there is just enough juice to combine well with the beans.
- In large bowl, combine baked beans and chili mixture well. Place in microwave for 3 minutes until beans are heated through.
