This braised beef is roasted slowly in a dutch oven with fork-tender vegetables in a rich red wine sauce. The results leave you with melt-in-your-mouth beef that’s exploding with flavor. - 2 pound Beef Chuck Roast
- 2 tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 cup Chopped Onions
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 2 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 cup Dry Red Wine
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
