- 2 pound Beef Shanks
- Garlic Salt
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 tablespoon Jarred Beef Base
