Chinese Macaroni
"I have to say that Chinese macaroni is the meal I make when I’m in a hurry, or sometimes when I have no clue what I want to make for dinner. Yes, I sometimes lack imagination in the kitchen, it happens to all of us from time to time. This recipe is quick and easy and uses ingredients that I always have on hand, and yes, even if it is simple, it is still full of flavour. I have included in the ingredient list concentrated beef bouillon. I use it in the cooking water for the macaroni elbows. It is totally optional, I use this instead of adding salt to the pasta water."
