Crazy Good Tater Tot Casserole

When it comes to casseroles, how can you beat cheese and tater tots? This recipe has ground turkey for protein and condensed soups for added flavor. Best of all, this easy casserole comes together quickly so you can start it and be sitting down to eat within an hour. This recipe even gets in a serving of veggies. Using frozen corn and peas, you don't have to spend time chopping and prepping. Simply open the bag and toss them in! This is sure to become a new family favorite, so get ready to grab the plates and forks, and chow down.

Ingredients
- 2 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10 ¾) ounce can cream of celery soup
- 1 10 ¾) ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 ounce frozen corn
- 6 ounce frozen peas
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen tater tots

Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook the ground turkey with the chopped onions until the turkey is no longer pink, breaking up the meat as you stir. Remove/drain the excess fat form the skillet.

Stir in the celery and mushroom soups, corn, peas, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Spoon the meat mixture into the baking dish.

Top with 1 cup cheese, the tater tots, and the remaining 1 cup cheese.

Bake for 35-40 until tater tots and cheese is golden.
