Easy Oven-Baked Meatballs
These Easy Oven-Baked Meatballs are too easy to believe, and fun to make too! You'll almost feel like a kid again preparing this oven meatball recipe. Pair with pasta or serve alone with sauce!

Ingredients
- 2 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 2 eggs
- pinch garlic salt
- pinch pepper
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together beef, cracker crumbs, milk, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour.
