Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 (1-1/2-pound) Ground beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Oatmeal flake
  • 3 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Onion, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.

  3. Roll into 1″ balls and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through.

  5. To serve, place meatballs in a warming dish or crock pot on low heat setting. Serve with 2 teaspoons sauce on the side.
