Meatballs By Mama Rosa
Of all the Campbells soup recipes I've found, this one, from a family friend named Mama Rosa, is my favorite! It's hearty and creative - a great way to use two different soups - and it smells and tastes wonderful!

Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 slice dry bread, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 green pepper, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 medium onion, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 can Campbell's Tomato soup
- 1 can Campbell's Chicken with Rice soup
- 2 can water
Instructions
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl and shape into meatballs. (Note-if you are not using extra lean ground beef, you should boil themeatballs before adding them to the sauce to remove the excess grease.)
- Saute the green pepper and onion in the oil for about 3 minutes.
- Add the soups and water and bring to a simmer.
- Add the meatballs and cook,uncovered, until the meatballs are done and the sauce thickens.
- Serve with rice.
