Ingredients

  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 3 eggs, boiled
  • 2 can (30 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can jumbo black olives, sliced and drained
  • seasoned salt, to taste
  • fresh parsley (dried can be substituted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Cover ground beef with just enough seasoned salt to give it a nice orange color, then knead salt into beef with hands and make into a loaf shape.
     
  3. Make a depression in the top and place the three shelled, boiled eggs into the depression, then cover the eggs.
     
  4. Pour tomato sauce over meat, then sprinkle parsley sparingly over meat. Place olives onto meat, and put loaf in oven for about 45 minutes to an hour.
     
  5. Remove from oven, slice into sections and serve.
