Norwegian Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 large egg
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Roll into small balls. Brown in butter in a dutch oven or large saucepan. Cover with water and simmer for two hours on stovetop or in 350F oven. Serve over egg noodles.
