    Porcupine Meat Balls

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
    • 1/2 cup rice
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 tablespoon minced onion
    • 10 1/2 ounces can tomato soup
    • 1/2 cup water

    Instructions

    Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Heat tomato soup and water in cooker. Drop meat ball in soup mixture. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 10 minutes at 15 pounds of pressure. Let pressure drop of its own accord. Serves 5-6.
