Porcupines
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup raw rice
- 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 soup can water
Instructions
(Serves 4). In a large bowl mix everything but the soup and water together with a fork. Shape into large meatballs. Mix the soup and water in a large frying pan and heat just to the boiling point, but don't boil. Lower the heat and spoon the meatballs into the sauce. Cook over low heat for one hour.
