Ingredients
- 10 1/2 ounce cream of onion soup
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 medium egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard

In bowl combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.

Shape into 6 oval patties. In skillet, brown patties, pour off fat. Remove patties.

Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add to skillet remaining ingredients; stir to loosen browned bits.
- Add browned patties to skillet and cover. Cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
