Ingredients
- For the sauce:
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced (chopped fine)
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- For the meatballs:
- 2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - 3 dashes tabasco sauce
Instructions
For Sauce:
- Combine all ingredients and store in refrigerator.
For Meatballs:
- Thoroughly mix ingredients. Form into balls the size of a prune.
- Put meatballs in pan and pour sauce over.
- Cook for about 30 minutes.
Yield: 113 small meatballs
