"The inspiration for Salisbury Steak Meatballs and Gravy came from my favorite TV Dinner, Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes, the perfectly seasoned meatballs in a rich, brown gravy and served over mashed potatoes, Yum! Growing up in the 70’s there were few things more exciting than getting eat supper in front of the TV, my mom would set up the TV trays and we would all watch Hardy Boys Nancy Drew Mysteries and eat our Swanson TV Dinners. "
