Smash Burger
"A big juicy smash burger is calling your name with its jagged edges and browned crust piled high on a toasted bun! You can make these crazed burgers on a griddle or in a cast iron pan in around 20 minutes. Juicy smash burgers begin with a hot griddle and end with a brown caramelized crust with its signature jagged edges. Pile on top of a toasted bun with all your favorite toppings! Top with anything your heart desires, from jalapenos to eggs, avocado, or the classic fixings like pickled onions, lettuce, and tomato. "
