Ingredients
- 2 oz head cabbage
- 4 oz head cauliflower
- 2 oz carrots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 oz red bell pepper
- 3 oz yellow bell pepper
- 4 oz sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
- 3/4 cup beef stock
- 2 oz young corn
- 2 oz red onions
- 12 oz beef tenderloin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Combine thinly sliced beef tenderloin, soy sauce, sesame oil, and juice of 1 lemon.

Marinate for 5 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok.

Fry slices of beef for 1 minute and remove to set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil.
