- 1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Thyme leaves
- 3 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
