• 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 1/2 tablespoon oil
• 1 cup mashed bananas
• 2 tablespoon mashed bananas
• 3/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tablespoon water
• 3/4 cup chopped nuts or raisins
