Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. loaf
• 1 1/8 C. water
• 4 teaspoon butter
• 2 1/4 C. bread flour
• 3/4 C. rye flour
• 2 1/2 tbs. sugar
• 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tbs. corn meal
• 1 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
• 2 teaspoon bread machine yeast OR
• 3 teaspoon active dry yeast
• 1/8 C. gluten or 3 tbs. Rye Bread Improver
