Pumpernickel Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c bread flour
  • 1/4 c rye flour (1 oz)
  • 1/4 c whole wheat flour (1 1/3 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon dry milk
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 tablespoon molasses
  • 7/8 c water (7 1/2 oz)
  • 1 tsp dry yeast

Instructions

Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. Press start.
