Ingredients

  • 1 pound loaf 1 1/2 lb loaf
  • yeast 1/2 T 2 t
  • dry buttermilk 3 T 4 T
  • bread flour 2 c 3 c
  • salt 1 t 1 1/2 t
  • sugar 1 T 1 1/2 T
  • shredded extra-sharp cheddar 2 oz 3 oz
  • water 7/8 c 1 c + 2 T

Instructions

Use light crust setting.
