Apple Pie Bread

"This loaf tastes just like an apple fritter. It is sweet with a fresh apple flavour. I wanted apples in every bite and this bread delivered. The apples are mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon and then layered inside the bread. Some lemon juice keeps the apples fresh tasting. They will get very sticky. Expect stickiness around the edges. Parchment paper is a must. This bread is vegan too. Your family will love it."
