Strawberry Jam

"I love strawberries. I grew up on have strawberry jam, and every time I have the homemade kind, well it takes me back to when I was a kid. Strawberry Jam is a great addition to the perfect breakfast. Layering it on a nice warm toast is the breakfast I would look forward too. This Strawberry Jam recipe is pectin free. We also add a hint of lemon to this preserve since it adds flavor and character to the final product."
