Brown Sugar Maple Muffins
"These Brown Sugar and Maple Muffins come out of the oven with a slightly-crisp edge that's just divine. They would be great with some chopped walnuts added as well, but we have to avoid nuts in my house. You don't need to change the bake time when you add chopped nuts or even raisins! I bake with wheat flour because I want my family to get the fiber. That being said, it's not necessary for the recipe to work. Go ahead and substitute white flour if you prefer or if that's all you have on hand. They'll still come out great and the whole family will love them."
