NotesQuickly whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the chilled milk, seasonings, and dill. Set the egg mixture aside, whilst you sauté the chopped vegetables in olive oil, over medium heat. As soon as the vegetables start sizzling, and are about to change color and texture, pour in the egg mixture. Lower the heat, and allow the omelet to cook over gentle heat, whilst adding the cheese on top. Flip the omelet over, thereby allowing the cheese to melt. Serve on freshly toasted bread, with a glass of your favorite juice or tea.
