Ingredients

  • 1 (1-1/2-pound) 1 tsp oil 1 capsicum 1 carrot 1/2 cauliflower 2 spring onions 1 bowl of rice 2 tbsp Chings schezwan chutney Wheat flour dough salt to taste
  1. 1. In a heated pan, add oil, capsicum, chopped carrot, spring onions, cauliflower, salt, rice, chings schezwan chutney and mix well.

  2. 2. Let this cook for a while and take it off the heat.

  3. 3. Roll out small portions of dough and flatten them out.

  4. 4. Add the filling to the dough and shape it into small bags.

  5. 5. Deep fry and serve hot.
