Cream Cheese Stuffed Cinnamon Roll Casserole
This recipe takes your average cinnamon roll casserole and adds a gooey cream cheese layer in the middle for one decadent breakfast that tastes like dessert! Cream Cheese Stuffed Cinnamon Roll Casserole is a shortcut recipe that uses packaged cinnamon rolls and pre-made frosting, so preparing it couldn't be easier. A thick layer of cinnamon roll dough is topped with a sweet cream cheese layer, then sprinkled with balls of the remaining dough and topped off with frosting and cinnamon. This breakfast casserole can even be made ahead of time for a sweet treat that will have you jumping out of bed and running to the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 package Grands Cinnamon Rolls (5 count)
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- frosting from cinnamon rolls package (reserve!)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray cake pan with cooking spray. Gently press 3 of the cinnamon rolls into the bottom of cake pan. (They will not completely cover the bottom, but that is okay!)

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir until well combined and fluffy.

Spread over the cinnamon rolls.

Cut remaining rolls into pieces and scatter over the top of the cream cheese mixture.

Bake 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
