Ingredients
- 9 large eggs
- 6 cup Frozen Ore Ida Hash Browns
- 1 1/2 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup green onions, optional
- 2 cup diced ham
- 2 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

To make your farmers market egg casserole, start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.

In the bottom of the dish, spread the hashbrowns in an even layer.

Top the hashbrowns with a layer of cheese, followed by the cheese, ham, and green onions. Set aside.
