Heat a Swiss Diamond Nonstick Double-Burner Griddle over medium heat. Place the strips of bacon on the hot griddle. Cook the bacon until crispy, flipping the slices half way through cooking. Crumble the bacon and set aside.
-
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
-
In large mixing bowl, stir together the crumbled bacon, apples, cheese, onion, sage, and salt.
-
In a separate, medium-sized bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, and garlic with a fork until well blended.
-
Spoon slightly less than 1 tablespoonful of the Bisquick mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup. Top each with about 1/4 cup of the bacon mixture.
-
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and edges are golden. Cool 5 minutes in the pan and then transfer to a cooling rack to cool slightly before serving.
