Muffin Tin Western Omelets

"Muffin Tin Western Omelets are one of my favorite recipes for brunch. Western omelets are full of delicious veggies and ham! This is a filling breakfast recipe and it’s really easy to make a large quantity in no time at all! Muffin tin omelets are just omelets baked in the oven utilizing a muffin pan instead of a pan on the stovetop. They are much easier to make because there is no flipping of the omelet involved. There is nothing that has to be cooked separately because it all cooks right in the muffin pan."
