"Nothing says holidays like hot chocolate. I actually drink hot chocolate all year long but during the holidays I like to add in some peppermint to spice things up. Since my kids and I love pancakses I thought why not put all of it together for the holiday season and make some peppermint hot chocolate pancakes.
