"Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats are a great fall breakfast that’s quick, easy, and healthy. This high protein breakfast recipe serves one but can be easily be multiplied. If you like your breakfast sweeter, you can add more sweetner. I recommend honey, maple syrup or brown sugar Swerve (a low calorie monkfruit blend). This is a great breakfast to start the day as it is high in fiber and protein, so it keeps you fueled throughout your morning."
